All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

** We are closed until May 7th for vacation!  All new orders will be processed upon our return.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges & lead-times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FREE standard shipping for orders over $125 / $15 if under $125 (within Canada), and $15 for over $100 / $25 if under $100 within the continental U.S.A.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $39 within 10km of the Dundas Studio (64 Hatt Street, Dundas, Ontario, Canada, L9H 7T6). 

We will contact you via email or text message with the information you provided at checkout to notify you when to expect your delivery.  Expected delivery is within 48 hours.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 64 Hatt Street in Dundas, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

International Shipping

We are currently only shipping within Canada and the U.S.A.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
